Shipping Policy
We offer paid shipping for all prepaid orders Inr-150/- within India.
- Shipping fee of IN 150 /Inr - is charged on all
All prices are inclusive of GST.
-Since every piece is made to order, you will be sent an email as soon as the order is received and will also contact you to confirm the same.
-Since each artisan's process is unique, we try to dispatch the order within prepaid order within 2-4 working days.
Cod orders within 5-6 working days .
It could vary according to the Shipping address
-In case of customization,
-we will require additional time and an additional fee will be charged.
-NO EXCHANGE on customized orders.
-Our courier partner, will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturdays
(excluding Public Holidays): 10 Am to 6 Pm.
-Address change will only be accepted if an order has NOT been shipped from the warehouse.
-Email address must be mentioned in each and every order for smooth communication.
-We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will fully help in tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivery partner's end.
-If a customer refused to accept ONE COD order, only prepaid orders will be accepted.
International shipping
Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT accepted for International orders.
- Shipping charges may vary according to shipping country. We accept payment via debit/credit card. Prices are EXCLUSIVE of custom duties. Prices are NOT inclusive of custom duty.
- We make our best efforts to dispatch each item in your order within 4-5 working days but delays in delivery can be caused due to customs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a time frame for the same.
- Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL/FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday.
- Contact details must be correctly entered which should include Country code and Zip code.
International Shipping charges are 3 -4 k applicable on every international order depending upon the weight of the parcel.
