CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Hi! We don’t accept cancellations once the order has been placed. To change your order , please get in touch with us 8826139515 or mail us at email@example.com with your order number and your request. You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?
yes we charge a convenience fee of Rs 100-150 on each order domestically. This convenience fee is not refundable.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT?
We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org / 8826139515 and we will take care of the rest.

DO YOU HAVE A REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE?
No, we don’t have a reverse-pickup service. You will have to courier the product back to us at our studio address. And we would refund you the courier charges borne by you .
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.
